New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Sunday addressed a rally in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan during which he said that joint opposition will form the next government in Delhi and in Bihar as he criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the cash transfer scheme for farmers announced in the interim budget presented by Union Minister Piyush Goyal on February 1.
Rahul Gandhi said, BJP has failed the farmers of the country by allocating only Rs 17 a day to farmers, announced in the recent budget.

The Congress President also said that in Uttar Pradesh, Congress party will not play at the back foot but at the front foot. Together with Tejashwi ji and Lalu ji, Congress party will play at the front foot and we will hit a six.
