As we return to our heart in association with ourselves, we are truly engaging with the light of love.

Meditate and reconnect to your loving heart.

Affirm that you connect to your heart and remain in peace and happiness. Slowly visualise a blue energy rising from the feet, flowing into the legs, the lower torso, chest, throat, face, and head, and then flowing into the aura of your heart. Take all the energies of the blue light to heal the third eye, the throat, the crown, and the heart . Connect and then invite the people you do not like or have a problem with and see them in the throat and heart chakras and send them the blue and gold light full of love. Then complete this meditation with gratitude and send the balls of golden light coming from your heart and throat to this universe. Conclude with knowing that the throat chakra is blue, refreshed and completely in touch with the light and free of all stress and strain. Your heart chakra is full of love and light. Affirm that “I love my life. I love my world. I love all universes.” then slowly open your heart to receive love. Healing hugs full of the blue light. Love from the ocean of gold.
